Cancellation Policy
Thank you for joining a Drink Free Advantage month-long reset. Please read the following booking and cancellation guidelines: Cancellations & Refunds - You may cancel for a full refund up until 7 days before the program start date. - Cancellations within 7 days of the start date are not refundable, as program materials, planning, and group structure are prepared in advance. - If you need to withdraw after the program begins, refunds are not available, but you may request a credit toward future programs at our discretion. Rescheduling - Month-long programs run on specific dates and cannot be rescheduled. Group Participation - Group calls are optional. Missed calls are not refundable and cannot be transferred to other services. - The private group chat is a supportive, zero-judgment space. All participants agree to respectful conduct. Your Responsibility - These programs provide coaching, education, and support. They are not mental-health treatment or medical services. - Please seek appropriate support if you require clinical or crisis assistance. Confidentiality - All online meetings and group chats are confidential. Participants agree not to record, transcribe, screenshot, project, or capture any part of the sessions. - You’re welcome to talk about your own experience outside the group, but information shared by others must remain within the group.
