Are you joining the growing number of middle aged men questioning drinking?
I'm here to help you have a clear look at it
It's not about labels or more rules
I'll help you step back and
work out what’s right for you
A calmer way forward
It’s not bad enough to force change
But it’s not sitting right either
You’ve tried pulling it back
Thought about taking a break
Then life carries on
That middle ground can stretch a long way
You don't have to stay there
A different approach
We slow things down
We look at what alcohol is actually doing
We work through the push and pull, not around it
So decisions can be made with clarity, not pressure
A clearer way forward, no more back and forth.
If you’ve been thinking about this for a while, this might be a place to start.
A single conversation can help you get clearer on what’s actually going on and what you want to do next.
Happy to connect by email, message, or call, whatever suits.
Hi, I’m Nigel
I work with men who are questioning their drinking, not because things have fallen apart, but because something doesn’t feel quite right.
I’ve been there myself.
After years of trying to manage it, cut back, or ignore it, I stopped drinking over five years ago. What surprised me was how it wasn't just the drinking. There were other things I was holding back from really looking at and following through. Without alcohol I had the space to learn skills and make the effort to change my habits. It was about more than not drinking. I had to figure out who I was, and how to be, without alcohol. But I'm so glad I did and really wish I managed to do it sooner.
These days, as a sober coach, I use my experience to help others do the same.
No pressure. No fixed path.
Just a space to slow things down, understand what’s going on, and work out what’s right for you.
